Q: Are your food tongs food-grade and compliant with EU/US regulations?
A:Yes. All of our tongs are manufactured from 100% food-grade materials and fully compliant for food contact:
• EU: Meets Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 and EU No 10/2011 for food-contact plastics; LFGB (German standard) available on request.
• US: Meets FDA 21 CFR standards for food-contact materials.
• Stainless steel: SUS 304 (18/8) or SUS 430, rust-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
• Silicone heads: 100% platinum-cured food-grade silicone, BPA-free, heat-resistant up to 230°C / 446°F.
Third-party test reports (SGS, TÜV, Intertek) can be provided with every shipment.
Q:What is your MOQ, and can you support small trial orders?
A:Our standard MOQ is 3,000 pcs per model (mixed colors accepted). For new customers, we offer a trial order from 1,000 pcs so you can test the market with minimal risk. For established partners, we also support LCL (less-than-container-load) shipments.
Q: Can you customize the tongs with our logo, color, and packaging?
A: Absolutely — OEM/ODM is our core business:
• Logo: Laser engraving or embossed logo on the handle (laser is permanent and dishwasher-safe).
• Color: Pantone-matched silicone heads and handles.
• Packaging: Custom retail boxes, hang tags, blister cards, or kraft gift boxes — we design and print in-house.
• Custom molds: Private tooling available for unique designs, with mold cost refunded against order volume.
Q:How do you guarantee quality? What is your defect rate and warranty policy?
A:We run a three-stage QC system: incoming material inspection (IQC), in-line production checks, and a final 100% function test before packing (spring tension, locking mechanism, surface finish). Our AQL 2.5/4.0 standard keeps the field defect rate below 0.3%. Any confirmed quality issue is covered by free replacement or credit on your next order.
Q:What are the lead time and shipping terms?
A:Samples: 3–5 days for existing models; 10–15 days for custom samples.
• Production: 25–35 days after order confirmation (peak season: 40 days).
Q: What is your pricing structure, and how can I get a quotation?
Pricing depends on material (stainless steel grade, silicone vs. nylon heads), size, order quantity, and packaging. Send us your target model, quantity, and destination port, and we will reply within 24 hours with a detailed quotation, including carton dimensions and loading quantity per container. Discounts are available for annual volume commitments.
